Booking

A deposit of 50% is payable to secure a long range booking, with the balance due one month before your arrival. High season bookings (Dec-Jan; Easter and all long weekends) must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Weekends must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation: We reserve the right to retain 50% of cancelled weekly bookings. However, if we manage to secure another booking for those dates we retain 20% of the total value of the booking and refund the balance of the amount paid.

For weekend bookings we require 100% payable immediately, and reserve the right to retain all of that amount in the event of cancellation. If we manage to secure another booking we retain 20% of the weekend full rate and refund the balance of the amount paid.

Conditions of Occupancy

1. Pearlfisher may only be occupied by the pre-agreed number of people, which will not exceed four.
2. NO pets unless by specific pre-arrangement in rare circumstances.
3. Pearlfisher may not be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever without prior arrangement and consent of the owners.
4. Pearlfisher is a small, romantic retreat for couples, unsuitable for large social gatherings. Guests are advised that entertaining more than 2-4 people is strictly not allowed, and breach of this condition could result in guests being asked to vacate followed by possible legal action. We advise that the permanent residents of Pearl Beach value the peacefulness of their historical village and do not tolerate holiday makers holding parties and noisy gatherings.
5. Cleaning is the responsibility of guests and Pearlfisher should be left in the same clean tidy condition in which it was found. This includes rubbish removed to appropriate bins, washing up done, dishes put away.
6. Prior to departure guests are required to close blinds, fully lock all windows and doors at the property, and leave key as pre-arranged.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing or by email. If one month's notice is given the penaly will be 20% of the booking amount. If less than 30 days the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
