You can click on any of the "Book Here" buttons and you will be taken to a calendar where you can choose your day and time from the available sessions. Once the date/time has been chosen you will be asked for your details and payment will be taken by the secure 💲Stripe Payment system using your credit card. You will receive a confirmation email on which there are links to Cancel or Reschedule your booking. Due to the nature of the booking, cancellations and rescheduling is not permitted if there is less than 24 hours before your booked session time and date.

The photo session is run by a professional photographer with the gorgeous beach at Pearl Beach as the backdrop. Meeting point near the playground on Pearl Parade

8:30am-11am on the following Saturdays and Sundays November: 22/23 & 29/30 December: 6/7, 13/14, 20/21

Subject to best endeavours the photographer will email your photos to you within 7 days of the session when they were taken. (eg. photos taken one weekend should be received by the end of the following weekend) PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM or JUNK folders to ensure that you do not miss the photographer's email. WILL I GET MY PHOTOS BEFORE CHRISTMAS DAY? ANSWER: YES with the exception of those photos taken during the last weekend of 20/21st December. During these sessions you will be asked if you would like the photographer to take a few pictures with your smart phone so that you will have some photos for Christmas Day.

Families, grandparents, pets (no snakes please) and groups of friends

You are guaranteed at least 10mins per session however sometimes a session may last a little longer

This is intended as a casual fun day. There will be a box of silly hats, reindeer antlers etc. if you want to wear them. However what you wear is really up to your imagination. We have had families that wore Christmas jumpers, others who had bespoke T-shirts and a variety of stuff. The photos are taken under a tree so we recommend not wearing sun glasses for the actual photo so your eyes can be seen. However hair clips etc. may be useful to tame fly away hair.

The cost is $85 per session and from all the photos taken you will receive by email 6 professionally edited photos

If you have a group / family of more than 6 people and you want to have a number of mix and match pictures taken, then we suggest you book two back to back sessions

Luckily as the photos are taken under a tree, photo sessions will continue if there is only a light sprinkling of rain. However in the event that the photo sessions have to be cancelled, these will be rescheduled. If the organisers know in advance that a particular day is going to be a washout then you will be contacted and sessions if possible rescheduled

Your confirmation email will contain a link to cancel or reschedule your session time. However due to the nature of the booking, cancellation and/or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is not permitted. A strict NO REFUND policy applies if you have a session booked and fail to attend.
